Understanding Rytche User Roles

Rytche is designed for different people involved in property management and property services. Each user role has its own dashboard, navigation, permissions, and responsibilities.

Understanding your role will help you know which features are available to you and where to find them.

Choosing the right documentation

I am a tenant or occupant

Go to Tenants & Occupants.

I provide property services

Go to Vendors.

Why your menu may look different

Not every Rytche user sees the same menu.

Your available features can depend on factors such as:

  • Your user role
  • Your permissions
  • Whether you are currently inside an estate
  • Your subscription or account status
  • Whether a feature has been configured
  • The current state of a property or tenancy

If a feature described in the Help Center is not available in your account, first confirm that you are using the correct role and are in the correct part of the Rytche application.

If you still cannot access the feature, see Troubleshooting Access.
