Understanding the Property Manager Dashboard
The Management Dashboard is the main starting point for Property Managers in Rytche.
From the Property Manager navigation, you can access the tools used to manage estates, property operations, tenants, payments, and other activities.

The Property Manager main navigation includes:
- Management Dashboard
- Create Estate
- Portfolio Managers Board
- Wallet
- Change Estate Custody
- Bad Debt
- Screen Tenant
- Settings
Each option serves a different part of your property-management workflow.
Management Dashboard
Select Management Dashboard to return to your main Property Manager dashboard.
The dashboard provides an overview of your property-management environment and gives you access to the areas you need to manage your properties.
Create Estate
Use Create Estate when you need to add a new estate to your Rytche account.
An estate provides the organizational structure for managing related property units, occupants, requests, services, and other estate activities.
Portfolio Managers Board
Use Portfolio Managers Board to work with portfolio managers associated with your property-management operations.
Portfolio managers can be given responsibility for managing properties or estates within the Rytche platform.

Wallet
Use Wallet to access your Rytche wallet and related financial activities.

Change Estate Custody
Change Estate Custody is used when estate management responsibility needs to be transferred or changed.
The exact requirements and confirmation steps for changing estate custody should be followed according to the options displayed in your Rytche application.
Bad Debt
Use Bad Debt to access bad-debt information associated with your property-management activities.
Bad debt can also be available within an estate when reviewing estate-specific information.
Screen Tenant
Use Screen Tenant to perform tenant screening.
Rytche's tenant-screening functionality can help property managers review relevant tenant information before making tenancy decisions.

Many Property Manager tasks are performed inside a specific estate.
After creating or accessing an estate, the available navigation changes to provide estate-management tools.

Recommended workflow for a new Property Manager
If you are setting up your first estate, the typical workflow is:
- Open Management Dashboard.
- Select Create Estate.
- Complete the estate setup.
- Open the newly created estate.
- Review the Estate Dashboard.
- Add your property units.
- Manage the units from Units Management Board.
- Admit occupants when appropriate.
- Configure rent collection where required.
- Manage requests, announcements, services, and other estate activities.
