Understanding the Tenant Dashboard
The Tenant Dashboard provides an overview of your tenancy and quick access to commonly used estate features.
Rent Payment Account
When a Property Manager has configured a default rent collection account for the estate, the account information is displayed in the Rent Payment Account section.
The displayed information can include:
- Account Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
Use Copy to copy the displayed account number when needed.

Rent Due
The dashboard includes a Rent Due area that provides information about your rent payment status.
The dashboard may display the next rent-related information available for your tenancy.
Maintenance
The Maintenance option provides access to the available request workflow.
Use it when you need to submit a property-related request.

The Estate Chat option provides access to the estate's available chat functionality.
Quick Actions
The Tenant Dashboard provides quick access to commonly used actions.
These include:

New Request
Use New Request to begin a property-related request.
Chat
Use Chat to access the available estate communication feature.
Payment History
Use Payment History to review your tenancy payment records and receipts.

Security matter
The dashboard may display an estate Security matter notice.
This area can contain important information or instructions relating to security and access within the estate.
Read these notices carefully when they are displayed.
Check your Tenant Dashboard regularly for rent information, estate notices, requests, payments, and other tenancy-related updates.
