How to Review Gig Applications

When a gig is published, eligible service providers can find it through Gigs Hub and apply.

Property Managers can review the applications associated with a gig before proceeding with the service provider selection.

Open the gig​

  1. Open the relevant estate.
  2. Go to the estate's gig area.
  3. Find the published gig.
  4. Open the gig information.

Review applications​

Review the service providers who have applied for the gig.

Consider the information presented in the Rytche interface when evaluating an application.

Continue to quotation​

Where the workflow requires a quotation, the selected or eligible vendor can provide a quotation for the proposed work.

Assign the gig​

After reviewing the available application and quotation information, use the available assignment workflow to assign the gig.
