How to Review Vendor Quotations

A vendor may submit a quotation after applying for an estate gig.

Property Managers can review the available quotation information before assigning the gig.

Open the gig​

  1. Open the relevant estate.
  2. Open the relevant gig.
  3. Review the vendor applications and quotation information available.

Review a quotation​

Review the quotation information presented by the vendor.

Compare the available information with:

  • The original service requirement.
  • The scope of the gig.
  • The information provided by the vendor.
  • Any other information displayed by Rytche.

Assign the gig​

After reviewing the available information, use the available assignment action when you are ready to select the vendor.

Once assigned, the gig enters the assigned-gig workflow.

Do not assume that a quotation represents a final payment until the gig reaches the appropriate payment stage in Rytche.
