How to Manage Estate Units
The Units Management Board provides an overview of the units belonging to an estate.
You can search for units, filter the list, sort the results, and use the available actions for individual units.
Open Units Management Board
- Open the estate you want to manage.
- Select Units Management Board.
- The All Estate Units page opens.
The estate name is displayed below the page title.
Search for a unit
Use Search Units to find a specific unit.
The search field supports searching by:
- Unit type
- Address
Enter a relevant unit type or address in the search field.
Filter units
The Units Management Board provides filters for narrowing the displayed units.
Unit Type
Use Unit Type to filter units according to their property type.
The default option is:
All Unit Types
Availability
Use Availability to filter units based on their availability.
The default option is:
All Units
Listing
Use Listing to filter units according to their listing status.
The default option is:
All Listings
Sort units
Use Sort By to change the order in which units are displayed.

Unit information
The units table displays information including:
- Date Added
- Type
- Address
- Availability
- Fee
- Admit
- List
- Actions
Date Added
Shows when the unit was added to the estate.
Type
Shows the unit's property type.
Address
Shows the unit's address.
Availability
Shows whether the unit is currently available or unavailable.
Fee
Shows the rental fee associated with the unit.
Admit
The Admit option is used to begin the process of admitting an occupant to an eligible unit.
List
The List option provides the available listing action for the unit.
Actions
The Actions column contains the available actions for an individual unit.
Available actions may depend on the current state of the unit.
Managing units efficiently
For estates with many units:
- Search by unit type or address.
- Apply an availability filter.
- Apply a listing filter where necessary.
- Use Sort By to organize the results.
- Use the relevant unit action.
This makes it easier to locate a particular unit without manually reviewing the entire table.
