Understanding Bad Debt
Rytche provides a Bad Debt area for Property Managers to review rental amounts that have been registered as bad debt.
Open Bad Debt
- Open the Property Manager navigation.
- Select Bad Debt.
- Review the available bad debt records.
Registering bad debt
Bad debt can be registered through the occupant's receipt workflow when an unpaid rental amount needs to be recorded as bad debt.
The relevant workflow is:

Fresh / Payment / Settlement
