How to Receive an Estate Custody Request

A Property Manager may receive a request from another Property Manager asking them to take custody of an estate or cluster.

Open received requests​

  1. Open the Property Manager navigation.
  2. Select Change Estate Custody.
  3. Open the area for received custody requests.
  4. Review the request.

Review the request​

Confirm the information associated with:

  • The estate or cluster.
  • The Property Manager sending the request.
  • The requested custody transfer.

Process the request​

Use the available action to accept or process the request according to the Rytche workflow.

note

The transfer should only be considered complete after Rytche confirms that the custody change has been processed successfully.

Review received request history​

Processed received requests can be reviewed through the received-request history.
