How to Transfer Estate Custody

Rytche allows a Property Manager to initiate a request to transfer custody of an estate to another Property Manager.

Start a transfer​

  1. Open the Property Manager main navigation.
  2. Select Change Estate Custody.
  3. Select the estate or cluster whose custody you want to transfer.
  4. Enter or select the receiving Property Manager.
  5. Review the transfer information.
  6. Submit the transfer request.

The receiving Property Manager must receive and process the request.

note

Sending a custody transfer request does not by itself mean that custody has been transferred. The receiving Property Manager must complete the appropriate receiving workflow.

After sending the request​

You can review the request through the transfer request history.
